About the Session
A fun and mindful class designed to be accessible for the whole familiy!
This session combines a playful Vinyasa flow yoga with a sound bath using Tibetan Singing bowls. Yoga teachers Malou and James have designed the class to be accessible to both children and parents. Starting with an introduction and 40 minutes of Yoga designed for children and parents, the last 20 minutes of the session will be a deep rejuvenating Sound Bath to accompany your Shavasana (final resting pose), completing the practice to harmonise body and mind.
