About the Session
Our 7 day to 14 day retreats currently take place in Koh Phayam, Thailand, and include 2 - 3 hours per day of Yoga and Meditation, Sound Baths, Vegetarian food as standard, accomodation, and support with travel arrangements. The next retreat is scheduled to run in February 2024.
